Elivebuy® Multi-Functional Car Jump Starter and Portable External Battery Charger Review

We have one pair of jumper cables in one of our cars but they aren’t always the most helpful since you have to have another vehicle to start the car. I cannot count how many times we have had our car in the carport and someone left a light on inside so we come out to a dead battery. It’s very hard to get jumper cables to reach around from behind the car to the front.

Now, I am keeping this Elivebuy in my car. This charger comes in it’s own case which really is so much better than jumper cables loose in my car. I watched a man struggling at a store this week to get a set of jumper cables detangled from a grocery net in the back of his car and thought how much more convenient this case it. This Elivebuy Multi-Functional Car Jump Starter and Portable External Battery Charger comes in a hard plastic case and everything you need fits in the case. Here is what it comes with:

The battery that this comes with is a 10500mAh battery and has enough power to jump start your car but it can also charge devices. The charging cable that it comes with is unique to any others I have. It has all of the tips for charging different devices on one cable that splits off into three. You won’t lose any of the tips or have to worry about keeping up with multiple cables. I wish all portable chargers came with a cable like this. I have used this to charge devices and can get multiple charges out of this one charger before it dies. It has a 5V/2.4A USB port so it can charge devices quickly. There are 4 led lights on the side to let you know if the unit is charging and to let you know how much charge the unit has left. The battery has two other features that are handy especially since I am keeping this in my car all the time. It has a flashlight so if I am out at night or the car breaks down, etc… I have a flashlight. Second, it has a tip on the end that looks like a silver stud or triangle and this is for breaking a window. This could be handy if I drive off into water or wreck and the door is jammed, etc… I have not tried this window breaking tool and don’t plan to unless I am in an emergency situation.

The nice thing about this is that it’s not a very large battery and the entire case will fit under the seat of my car or sit in the trunk and take up very little space. I wanted this to keep in my car for emergencies and that is what I have done with it. I check it every so often to make sure it shows a full charge and if it doesn’t I bring it in overnight and charge it with the cord it came with. I am extremely pleased so far with this based on the size and what I have used it for so far. I haven’t used it to jump start my car yet but if/when that happens I will be back to edit this review. This product is the same high quality I have come to expect from Elivebuy and their products.
